Money Orders / Cashier's Check

  • Please send payment within three days of purchase, in order to arrive to us within seven days. If payment is not received within ten days, your order may be canceled, and the product will be re-listed for sale. Product ships only when funds have cleared.

  • You will receive our mailing address when you check out at time of purchase.

  • PLEASE NOTE: Cashier's Check or Money Order amount MUST be for the total purchase price as shown on the Invoice, including the product, the shipping & handing charge and sales tax if you are an Illinois resident. Personal Checks

  • We will accept personal checks only if drawn from a U.S. Bank or Credit Union.

Return Policy

7 Days Money-Back Refund. Only new, unopened items may be returned for refund within 7 days of receipt. (Subject to a 15% Handling Charge.) Used items are sold "as-is" and are not returnable.

  • Please contact us before trying to return a product. The item may be returned to you at your expense if we are not aware of your return.

  • The item must remain unopened in its original packaging. Only the shipping box may have been opened, NOT the product.

  • Return postage and insurance costs are the buyer's responsibility. Physically damaged products WILL NOT be accepted if uninsured. The item will be returned to you at your expense. (We ship all products to you insured)

  • Original shipping and handling charges WILL NOT be refunded.

  • Used Items are sold "as-is" and are not returnable for refund. Please read product descriptions thoroughly and ask question before making a purchase.

Shipping Information

Currently, we only ship to the United States.

  • Domestic Handling Time: We ship ALL products within 24 hours (one business day) of cleared payment. Buy from us using PayPal® and your credit card by 4 p.m. CDT, (by making an immediate payment,) and your item(s) will ship the same day. (Available only M-F.)

  • We ship items to you insured, as we can not be responsible for loss or damage that may occur during shipping.

  • We ARE NOT responsible for service transit times. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.

  • We prefer to ship using USPS® Priority Mail® or Express Mail®. (United States Postal Service) Delivery time for Priority Mail® is usually two to three business days. Other shipping modes may include, but not limited to, USPS Parcel Post®, USPS Media Mail® and shipping services available through UPS®. (United Parcel Service of America, Inc.) Please contact us before buying if you have any shipping and handling questions.

  • We may choose to ship your item(s) using a set fee that includes the shipping cost, insurance and handling fee, if any. Our fee-based charges are very competitive in price, delivery time and convenience.

  • Miscellaneous Information regarding Tracking vs. Confirmation of Delivery: USPS® provides tracking service ONLY for their Express Mail® (Overnight-delivery) We ship most packages via USPS Priority Mail® with Delivery Confirmation. Even though we may provide you with the Confirmation Number, the USPS® Web Site only updates package information AFTER the item is delivered, and when that information becomes available. Warranties

We do not offer any express warranties. However, most new products come with a manufacturer's warranty.

New Items for Sale: NEW products are usually covered by a Manufacturer’s Warranty.

  • New product information and product warranties can be found on the Manufacturer's Web Site.

  • Most Manufacturer Warranties require returns for repair or replacement is requested and processed by the consumer (end user) of the item.

Used Items for Sale: We do not offer any express warranties on used items.

Other information

We do not ship products using packing peanuts of polystyrene or similar styrene products. While the debate continues over the landfill use of styrene versus paper, the fact remains that most recycling companies do not accept and recycle styrene products. Most recycling companies do however, recycle paper, cardboard and other plastics, including bubble packaging. Therefore, products we ship are in cardboard boxes and are usually wrapped with a small amount of bubble wrap and crumpled newspaper. All of these materials are recyclable, and thus we think, more environmentally friendly. Thank You.

A. If you have found something useful to you, then consider giving a contribution. Many of our Visitors are Regular Users and come back often to our Site because we have lots of useful information, products and services in addition to our own Studio Services and Products. A. Almost, but no. We use PayPal® as our payment processor. So, we pay a 2.9% processing fee plus .30 cents transaction fee per each donation. For example, your $5 donation nets us $4.56, or a $1 donation we only receive .67 cents.

A. Donations and proceeds from sales on our Online Stores, help cover the cost of web hosting fees and other administrative costs. Basically, it helps keep our Web Site on the World Wide Web.
