Horoscope Chart - Not available for download.

The programs are still under development. As of 07/15/04 none of them are ready for alpha. I program these in my spare time. Since I program at my 'real' job as well, I don't always have the time to during the week to work on these 'fun' project.

Right now I'm updating the windows layers.    Making some C++ classes to abstract windows and such.  I wIll then be able to use that library across all of my windows projects to make things easier.
